By downloading or using WhereIGo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using WhereIGo
WhereIGo helps you discover places, guides, and venues. You agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully. You may browse without an account; signing in with Google or Apple lets you save favorites, write reviews, and personalize your experience.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in method and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep your profile details current.
Place and venue information
Listings, hours, pricing, availability, and other details may be supplied by venues or third parties and can change. WhereIGo does not guarantee that every listing is complete, current, or suitable for your needs.
Location and nearby alerts
If you enable location, WhereIGo may use it to show nearby places and send alerts when you are near a saved place. Location is optional and can be disabled at any time in your device settings.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as reviews, but grant WhereIGo a license to display and use it to operate and improve the service. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing content.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or extract data at scale, or interfere with others' use of the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Intellectual property
The WhereIGo app, its content, and its design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them except as permitted by these terms.
Bookings and communications
WhereIGo may help you contact or connect with a venue. Any booking, purchase, cancellation, or dispute is between you and that venue unless we explicitly state otherwise.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We provide the service on an “as available” basis and are not responsible for losses caused by information or services supplied by third parties.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WhereIGo is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive by law.
Termination
You may stop using WhereIGo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, with reasonable notice where possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post changes here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
